Project LiquidLi - Watercooling the Lian-Li

Modding/Case Mods by richbastard @ 2003-02-16

It took me a while to come to this. I wanted a pc that was fast, good looking, well cooling but quiet and didn?t have a huge price tag... now that?s not too much to ask, is it?

Good Looking

Good looking:
I leave that up to you, but I just love the looks. It's not the most original mod, i know, but i think this desing is sleek & stylish.

Installed (pics with flash aren't pretty, because it eliminates the UV effect. :/ ). Don't mind the missing bays, i left them @home. :s

I used to have a PC mods laser cut grill on top, but it was a bit too flashy for me, so I replaced it with a more stylish grill from aquacomputer.de.

An UV-led under my resevoir at the back, gave a nice glow to my liquid (i've put dye lite in my water):

The ugly PC86 front was removed, so now i had to desing a new reset & power button.

I chose to replace the reset button with a key switch (so you don't accidentaly reset), and the power button with a 'stealthed' one. irl, you can barely see it:

Next step: filling the case with a Fast & Silent interior
