Cooler Master COSMOS SE Computer Case Review

The latest Cosmos SE case from Cooler Master offers plenty of options for water cooling, has removable and switchable HDD bays and resembles the look of the massive Cosmos II. We also get washable and easy to remove air filters and the case comes initially equipped with two 120mm fans with LEDs in front, one 120mm in the back, but also a 140mm fan on top.

A Closer Look Part II

Above the top 5.25’’ bay we have a quite a large HDD activity LED:

 

 

 

The 5.25’’ covers are designed in such a way so they imitate a black metallic mesh:

 

 

 

In the middle of the removable frontal cover we will find the Cooler Master logo:

 

 

 

The cover is easy to remove by dragging it down:

 

 

 

This operation will expose part of the frontal fans (2x120mm) and the bottom drive bays, which are located in a separate cage:

 

 

 

After we have removed all case covers, we were also able to lift the surrounding plastic frame:

 

 

 

The 5.25’’ covers are easy to remove; we only have to pull carefully from the left side:
