The Installation Part I

Next, we will try to perform the installation on an Intel system and to be more specific, we will use a 3570K Ivy Bridge processor overclocked at 4.7GHz. We will pick up the supplied Intel Backplate which has holes drilled for many compatible sockets:

 

 

 

Next, we will unpack the threaded metallic inserts and place them as instructed in the 1155 holes:

 

 

 

 

Afterwards, we will pick up the double-sided adhesive tape and place it on the backplate:

 

 

 

Next, we will have to use the Intel retention ring along with the top and bottom plastic inserts, which are some small components which need to be fit together:
