The Kraken X60 AIO Water Cooling Unit from NZXT sports impressive performance, can be installed with ease inside the case by following the included guide and comes with a software application for customizing the cooling performance, viewing the live statistics or modifying the LED light color.

A Closer Look Part III

On the side of the radiator we will find a small sticker with the product serial number:

 

 

 

The pump assembly looks familiar and features LED lighting on top with the NZXT logo:

 

 

 

Traveling away from the pump we will see not two but 4 PWM fan connectors in order to be able to use a push-pull configuration:

 

 

 

Part of the assembly will be powered from a SATA Power connector:

 

 

 

The 3-pin connector will also supply power to the product and will have to be installed in the CPU Fan header on our motherboard:

 

 

 

Lastly, we have an USB cable which will be used to interact with the cooling system via software:

 

 

 

On the bottom side of the pump we have the copper plate with a protective transparent cover and a pre-applied thermal compound:

 

 

 

The plate comes with an almost mirror finish:

 

 

 

The supplied disk comes with the Kraken Control software and driver:
