Hardware wire mess
Allrighty, now that we know what you have to connect with what. It just the matter of how connecting it.
First, the back of your PC. you'll have to chose between S-video and composite. If you can, use S-video. The quality should be a bit better. Nothing serious, but it should also have less interference with other signals.
Second, you'll have to see what possible inputs your TV has (SCART, Composite, S-video)
Third: buy/use/find the necessairy cables.

So if you want audio too (line-out or speaker-out from your soundcard) you'l always need this cable:
If you want to use the SCART connection of your TV, you'll always need this block:
Allrighty, now get your ass to the store and buy the necessairy cables/pieces.
Some pieces of advice:
Some manufacturers give a cable with their graphic cards so be sure to check it out, it might be a usefull cable.
Buy enough cable, better a bit to long then a bit to short. :)
