ON! Party!
You’ll have to cut the wires of the fan (NOT THE RPMCONTROL WIRE).
Now connect the positive wire (the wire connected to the resistor) to the positive wire of your fan ( the orange wire) and connect the negative wire to the negative wire of your fan ( the black wire).Then you'll have to connect the wires of the fan to the wires of your 3pin connector.
(My apologises for the confusing pic.)

You’ve just created a red light fan for 11€. And it has adjustable RPM + more performance then other pre-made light fans.
