How long does your pc take to complete 1 frame of this proteine.

My pc 5 minutes, and there are 400 of theme. = 33.33 hours

to be continued in a few days :D

where you see? Is it the number before the protein?

hmmm. for folDing I advise the use of the console version + firedaemon program. check our howto guide page 2 !
