mails voor de specifieke datum kunnen niet winnen, maar mails verstuurd na de datum kunnen wel winnen simpel toch
om het nog meer te verduidelijken het gaat hier om mails, geen e-mail adressen.
nu ja dat is mijn interpretatie

ja dat bedoelde ik niet, het gaat er hem over dat er niet wordt gesproken over mensen die gediskwalificeerd (toch niet zo duidelijk) moeten worden omdat ze te vroeg gemailt hebben.

starting from 17:00:00 you will be able to win, if you are the 1st for a certain pricepack & you send only 1 mail after 17:00:00

Our country is GMT+1

which means, you have to substract 1 hour of our current time, to get the correct GMT time, capiche? :D

wel euh , it was 17.00 GMT time so its 18.00 belgian time (i hope)
