| CDs Are Officially Over By the end of 2012, the CD as a music medium will go the way of the album, cassette and the 8-track. CD's have been on life support for awhile now and the death knell has finally sounded. RIP CD. As expected, they will shift to downloads and streaming exclusively, which is where music has been moving along anyways. http://www.hardocp.com/news/2011/11/...ficially_over/ |
