| Bgears Tarantula 650W Overall for a company without as much name recognition as the bigger companies we were quite surprised and pleased with BGears Tarantula 650W power supply. It was stable for weeks of testing, brought in good power draws if not the best, and ran cool and quiet. 650W is probably the sweet spot for users who load up on a few video cards in SLI or Crossfire and are running quad cores. One may not need this much power but the connections are something that are important such as the 8-pin PCI-E power adapter which has now become standard on higher-end power supplies. Who knows when the graphics companies will put out another beast that draws power or if you want to dip into tri-SLI or quad Crossfire graphics solutions you'll need a beast of power. For just over $100 it is also in the same price range of other higher-end PSUs. Good job overall and we look forward to more products from the company. http://www.amdzone.com/index.php/rev...tarantula-650w
