| ASUS and Gigabyte Geforce 7300GS PCI-E 128MB videocards compared As we can see from the photos, both cards differ considerably from first appearances. The ASUS model, if it weren't for the VGA connector's back sticking out, is almost a low profile design with an active fan. The Gigabyte model, on the other hand, is far closer to a full card design, but it features a passive cooling solution, meaning there is no fan to speak of. In reality, vertical height of a videocard is not a huge factor for most systems, so neither card really has the better design per se, just two different approaches that both work well.
