| ASUS EAH4870X2 TOP video card review As per the norm for ASUS' 'TOP' labelled graphics boards this particular offering ships with both GPU cores and memory factory overclocked. Thus, the EAH4870X2 TOP sports a 790MHz core clock speed on each GPU (a 40MHz increase) and a 915MHz memory clock (15MHz higher than a reference board, which is a 60MHz effective boost given the use of GDDR5 memory modules). Aside from those clock speed increases, ASUS have stuck with AMD's reference cooler design, which is a dual-slot solution very much like that seen on their last dual-GPU part, the Radeon HD 3870 X2. If the board's length is of concern to you, then it's worth noting that the PCB is 10.5 inches long, the same as a GeForce GTX 280. http://www.elitebastards.com/cms/ind...14&Item id=27
