Turns out it is super buggy

Apple’s software updates for the iPhone, iPad, Mac and other devices are too buggy to be released.

The Tame Apple Press assures us that this never happens and Apple’s coding is always perfect, but the extent of the damage appears to be terrible.

The delay, announced internally to employees last week, was meant to help maintain quality control after a proliferation of bugs in early versions.

Rather than adding new features, company engineers were tasked with fixing the flaws and improving the performance of the software.

When looking at new operating systems due for release next year, the software engineering management team found too many “escapes” -- an industry term for bugs missed during internal testing.

The division took the unusual step of halting new feature development to fix the bugs.
