Default AMD, Nvidia and Intel chips powering the Chinese military

What are friends for?

Chips designed and sold by AMD, Nvidia, and Intel are making their way to the Chinese military for uses that might put the fear of God into US politicians.

According to a new research report from Georgetown University's Center for Security and Emerging Technology (CSET which uses publicly sourced purchase records from the People's Liberation Army (PLA) to outline that processors and graphics processing units (GPUs) from Intel, NVIDIA and AMD might have made their way to the Chinese army to be used for advanced purposes such as artificial intelligence (AI).
