no wait; that mobo is for Socket A (your CPU) the MSI you mention K9N is for latest AMD socket AM2

so your CPU won't work with that mobo

for a good Socket A mobo I can recommend Abit NF7-S or DFI nForce2 Infinity. try ebay/forums/2nd hand, should get your hands on it quite cheap.

your current cpu won't work with that motherboard. And your gpu won't work on that mobo either (the msi k9n neo).

jmke thats is MSI K9N SLI Platinum review not MSI K9N NEO but i have seen NEO manual and it doesnt contain Vcore setting
i think Asus M2N-E is better.
