no wait; that mobo is for Socket A (your CPU) the MSI you mention K9N is for latest AMD socket AM2

so your CPU won't work with that mobo

for a good Socket A mobo I can recommend Abit NF7-S or DFI nForce2 Infinity. try ebay/forums/2nd hand, should get your hands on it quite cheap.

your current cpu won't work with that motherboard. And your gpu won't work on that mobo either (the msi k9n neo).
