okay people, confirm please!

Untouchable 24th August 2003 15:05

pics of memory blocks ?

TeuS 24th August 2003 15:18

no, they are just smaller chipset/GPU blocks...
just imagine a block that's about 2cm wide and 4cm long :)

the blocks can be supplied with a top plate, and the two blocks have to be attached to the top plate. that way, the blocks can be attached to the PCB with regular thermal paste (no adhesive)

check attach to have an idea of it. but hey, these blocks are custom. I'll contact the buyers for more info (what vidcard, mounting holes,...) so that the memblocks will fit

I'll make two sets of memory blocks and two CPU blocks. I'll let others test them, and show them how they work/perform

Then, you can buy the blocks I've got spare OR or order your blocks (takes a few weeks)

yep still interested but first things first.

Need new rad and fans etc

Hope to see those test online and off course with a stunning result

Teus: if you can design those memory blocks with 1/2" fittings and suited for radeon 9800 pro then I'm very interested

1/2" is possible, but the blocks will have to be quite big then
