@ Kristoff,

it was 182 mhz 5-3-2-2 timings, 2.8 Volt , procc 2401 mhz

Max VID for a 3.0e (.09 micron) is 1.4v.
Absolute maximum (non functional voltage--the chip should not receive a clock at this voltage) for these chips is 1.55v.
You exceeded this, so you were definitely asking for trouble. Regardless of the cooling setup....Just because you keep an overvolted CPU cool does not mean that it won't degrade or die.

I've read this on xtremesystems forums. I allready need 1,68 V to boot at 265 FSB. So I think I'm maxed out. :(

well there's your answer. I'm a bit dissapointed though, I would have expected it to be able to handle more then that withouth stretching your luck. oh well, I'd only go higher for benchmarking then :)

Yep. I got a nice superpi score allready. 3d2k1 is above 20k, that's allready nice 2. Now I'm gona try aquamark, 3d2k3 and 3d2k5.

And maybe put some money aside for a new setup. :D
