not yet, teacher is not very happy on me because 3/4 of the time i am doing nothing. when i do something i pas most students @ 1h of work.
so i going to sleep more, so i can work harder en faster. so my work is faster done then the others.
so i can do something else :p

but i've got a "small" problem, the compressor i have isn't that powerfull, i need a low capable comprr
but a new one is not an option and one of a fridge isn't that powerfull eather. think i've got to take a less powerfull because otherwise i will never be finisched.

you should work fast then in class and use your gift to become the first Belgian phase-change unit producer:)

jort 15th January 2005 21:08

lol, you've seen the market of phase-change.
not mutch, prize to high for what it does.
if i've got a job and a companycar i've got all the equipment i need.
if i find a good investor and is looks interesting why not.
(still i need some experience first, and now i don't have many time to do right now)
think w'll have to wait what time gives:)

Just give me a "hey mofo, still awake?" on my msn
;)

jort 15th January 2005 22:23

yes and now.
the one you have cant run here all the time.
the electric bill:rolleyes:

just a 1/2hp or something, i'll check junkyard for a refrigerator.
maybe another compressor thats lying around here. its one of a HUGE freezer, i took the controls too and there was a scale on it that went -32 :super:

the right one :)

going to look for a hlog-p diagram of r600a

i've got some GOOOOOD news.
today we have to move and throw some stuff away.(freezers, fridge, etc...)
offcourse i checked some compressors :D
found some real rusty black ones, but i found a "clean" black one with the following stuff on
=> R12, FR10A danfoss lst lbp 230V 1/4Hp
so checked inet offcourse and i found something realy interesting

http://www.farmina.ru/novosti/novost12.htm

you like it allready?
i hope that the numbers are correct or else i'll kill that comprr.

edit: i'll test him tomorrow(wish me luck:grin: )

:super:

Da_BoKa 18th January 2005 17:30

those numbers are chinese to me but anyhow, good luck!

jort 18th January 2005 17:34

.ru:)

the numbers mean how mutch coolingpower you have @ an certain temperature in W.
cappilaire tube have to set right too, because the flow is important too like a WC.

jort 19th January 2005 23:21

today i tested the compressor.
i meggered it and it was in perfect condition.
Quote:

The "Megger" instrument for measuring the insulation resistance of electrical devices
because acid can form with air and coolant.(thats why you need to pull you installation vacuum before you fill it witch coolant)
after years of lifetime the windingsinsulation gets weaken, and when your compressor starts and takes mutch current there can form a spark and cause short-circuit.

:)
