Stock 500/747 = 28105 3DMark01

GPU OC 660 = 29706 3DMark01
GPU OC 670 = 29703 3DMark01

MEM OC 900 = 28859 3DMark01

GPU/MEM OC 668/954 29771 3DMark01
GPU/MEM OC 666/954 30775 3DMark01

Higher GPU clocks... lower score? Temp throttle kicking in? GPU at 60°C max

That's just the CL game test variable :)

1000 points variable? repeatable everything time you increase GPU clock slightly over 670, performance drops? .... I'm not convinced:)

Every time you set over 670? It could be the heat, but 60°C isn't really hot. I do remember when I had my pair of 73gt's I had problems with drops too.

Maybe you should change drivers ?

Edit: the CL variable can indeed NOT be 1000pts as that should result in a difference of 100fps in one game test. Not really likely at those speeds ;)
