I took the northbridge heatsink off, and found some pink bubble gum thingy sticking to it :D
Removed that crap, and replaced it with AS3, the heatsink stays rather cool @ 1.850vcore/190 fsb, I'm certainly not worried about that temperature :)

so u just replaced the thermal compound ?
