@ richbastard: about the CU + Al part, as long as those two materials don't have physical contact you r ok.

example:
Al reservoir with Cu fittings screwed in -> TROUBLE

Al reservoir with Brass fittings (or plastic or whatever non metalic thing) -> hose -> Cu Rad -> Cu WB -> NO PROBLEM

i was sceptical about it as well, but i asked some experts on the field of coolingtechniques (non pc related) and they said there was no problem with mixing different types of metal as long as they don't physically touch eachother.

mot: i'm using a Al rad and Maze3 and BI Xtreme atm
