 |  silent ventilation(sort of aero) i've a small  ventilator from an dead mobile airco from school recovered.here are some pics   when i put it on i tough omg wtf is this. is has a little bit of air coming out of it. a little bit later when i put my hand for the outlet, the fan increase the spead automatic and quick he has a HUGE airflow::grin: |

 | these sort of fans have a bad noise/performance ratio when it comes down to CPU cooling, don't know if this also applies for aircooling, if you put this at the side of your case I think you can do away with all the fans in your case, now only to override the automatic speed regulator so you can set the required rotation speed & minimise noise

| mod it and cut everything open at the back of a case so there's a constant airflow  is it noisy ? and can you silent it by lower the voltage or will it malfuntionate then ? |

| maybe but at low speed you almost can ignore the sound. i dont think i am going to use it in my pc. maybe in my project phase-change under my pc to cool my rad performance:it hase a very good warp of air ,thats my opinion its just a MAD vent

| same way a 200mm radial fan won't be as noisy as the 80mm version

| My father works in a building, they got gigantic radial blowers (1 meter wide I think ), and they are quiet, yet powerful (I once cought a cold because of that thing
