i removed a bit an hour ago
and it boot for 3 sec and shut down.so i have to clean it all the way. pff
then pick aP4HSF becuas titleof i dont know where you talking about.say it in dutch please?

Put a Pentium4 heatsink on your CPU because the title of the thread is "phase change". I think.
Is the "CPUfan failure power off" setting turned on ? If so, try it again with a fan connected to the CPU_fan header.

this is my theorie.
due the silicone on some components
and a high frenquent it maybe transfor to a capacitor or something else.
i can be wrong

i power-up my phase-change for a test, with peltier on it(56 w)
not on my cpu but if everything goes well with the insulation it will be tested on cpu next week
i let you know the results in an hour

i have and evap temp of -32° on 0% of load
with my pelt on it its -26° and when i tested on school with 2 peltiers i've got a coldplatetemp of -20°
so my cpu is going about -22° i think
because the peltiers are together 112 watt and my cpu standard is 74.12w calculated on http://www.benchtest.com/calc.html
and on 3.2ghz and 1.6v its 115 watt so about that
hope my mobo will do that to because i don't have a divider
msi 865 p neo
