issolation

i'm planning to oc my vidcard with a peltier, but for that i need issolation, are there special things i need to look out for ( like grease or something ) and where can i buy issolation??

for those small little places, vaseline works nicely.
and can be removed pretty easy.

isn't an old mousepad a little bit to fine ( unless you have a couple of stacked ), and can you buy that in an DIY
