I just had contact with Antonio:

There will be a deposit for leaving expensive items like cameras or so.
The tents will look like this:

You will be provided with a tent, and a soft mat (the floor is carpeted also). You may bring your sleeping bag or a blanket.
Camping is indoor and also has air conditioning and shower and toilets. It will be the most comfortable camping you have seen

OK , Little update...

Yesterday a small truck stopped in front off my house to pick up my special modded "Campus Party" rig , beast , fragging , allias "Bloody snowwhithe"
case , to be shipped to The party @ Madrid :-))
I hope it will get there in one pice ?
Today i cheked in my boarding passes (online) with Ryanair.com and if all is good i (we) land next wensday @ madrid for what is gonna be the greates, biggest "LAN" party i ever seen befour :-))
Hopefully did everyone his job and are we gonna have a splended time !!!
and a nice hotel to get some sleep occasionally lol.

I'll keep ya informed gys

It was not even DHL/UPS who picked up my rig , but i think i have sommething like a gentlemen's agreement with one of the campus party organisers :-)
nothing on paper doh :-s ? I told him that 5000€ will cover like everything lol :-)
