The next-generation router supports the latest 802.11ac Wi-Fi technology, delivering fast data transfer rates of up to 733 Mbps of total available bandwidth: utilizing simultaneous 5 GHz 433 Mbps and 2.4 GHz 300 Mbps connections. Simple tasks such as sending e-mails or web browsing can be handled by the 2.4 GHz band, while bandwidth-intensive tasks such as online gaming or HD video streaming can be processed by the 5 GHz band.
The TP-LINK Archer C2 router is backward compatible with the many mobile devices in existence today using 802.11n and 802.11g, and offers customers affordable, seamless migration for the emerging 802.11ac standard.
