Chromebooks are often viewed as a low cost alternative to Windows laptops, and as such they are frequently a victim of the race to the bottom, where the manufacturers chase every penny possible in order to keep the price down. Along the way, that typically means the display quality takes a big hit. Toshiba bucks that trend in a big way with their 1080p Chromebook 2, though the price takes the hit and performance doesn’t top the charts either, but if display quality is what you want this is a great place to start.
