Default Thermaltake Silent Boost

Thermaltake wants to establish a base A CPU radiator with silent Boost in the silent radiators section, with which the cooling performance is not to stay under any circumstances behind the noise level. The cooling performance is to be sufficient thus loosely for a AMD XP 3400+ to trouble without the ears also highly surrenden noises and the whole also still at a reasonable price. These goals are to be achieved with 22 euro an expensive package from a full copper radiator box and an exhaust with new architecture.
