 |  "T-Balancer", the world's most advanced fan controller. Yeap, this is a four-channel PWM-regulated software controlled fan controller - but its main force is that it is equipped with onboard logic, so when it has been programmed it continues on its own independent of a loaded operating system - which means that it also works during system boot, and of course even if the system freezes or crashes! http://www.hardware-test.dk/test_show.asp?id=3147
