Nvidia has released its financial results for the first quarter of its fiscal 2017. The company posted quarterly revenue of $1.3 billion, a year-over-year gain of 13%, beating its projection of $1.26 billion for this quarter. Nvidia also made $245 million in operating income, a 39% improvement over the same quarter last year.
