About a year ago, we had a chance to review a couple of different Noctua 120mm fans and were impressed by their solid performance and quiet operations. Noctua has been busy designing new products and are back with a new offering in the 120mm fan market, the Noctua NF-P12 120mm fan. Will they be able to improve on an already near-perfect product?
