We are talking about a CPU with FSB 1333 and 4MB of cache memory and according to Intel’s plan this CPU should be selling at wholesale price of $224. This price is actually only valid if you buy thousand(s) of these CPUs.
Q8200 will be the cheapest 45nm quad core to date and Q9300 with its 2.5GHz clock and Q9400 with 2.66GHz clock will remain selling for $266.
