Default Galaxy Note gets the Snapdragon 823

The Galaxy Note 6 will feature Qualcomm's most powerful mobile chip — the so-far unseen Snapdragon 823.

The Snapdragon 823 chipset has 64-bit class Kryo quad-cores, a 720MHz Adreno 530 GPU and a Hexagon DSP. The Adreno 530 should mean a 40 per cent improvement in graphics and a 30 per cent better power efficiency.
