@piotke: you get an F and a B+ (last is a guess) for not having their "holy" program. It's more a handy tool to see wich patches you miss, so it less bad then it looks like. (still I don't know why I missed 21 patches via m$ update )

pff, already removed it. Preempt is okay, but I feel safe enough w/ firewall, avast, ad-aware, S&D and Opera.
So, I just removed the programs, PreEmpt only uses more resources, and preview helped me with get some patches I didn't have. So I'm safe again .

And as jmke already askes, who is that girl ?
