Until now I've lost ~3 kg just by changing by eating habits....

Today I also went to the fitness. PLanning to go at least every 2/3 days for 1 to 2 hours.

No way

Went to a dietician? in August, max is 0.5-1kg/week. First 2-3 weeks maybe a bit more, with a plan which is easy doable.

I can scan it if you like. Started today.

Mountainbiking with Tera / Swimming and an occassional session of fitness or running.

Hehe, seems like a new vogue is in town:

85 kg dry on the hook now > I want it to be around 75 kg september first when my new life as a firefighter starts
Running one hour every day, every sunday +/- 30 km on the mtb and drastic cutting down my alcohol consumption.

I almost forgot: possibilty 2 (for me that is): start smooking again. Quiting it brought me from 70 to 85

did you pass the exams yet? if you did: congratz! if not yet: courage!
don't start smoking; you don't want to be the cause of fires, unless you think about job security (and it's bad for your health)

@Bosw8er: somebody is insecure about his sexuality it seems

Nah, has nothing to do with or showering with a lot of guys together and dropping the soap.

It's proven that most 30-45 year olds are in better condition than the youth. Just look around, how many girls are there these days with large butts or a belly.

Idem for the dudes, we're simply realising that it is time to do something about it.

+ a good base condition can never hurt, sport is most of the time pretty, and you feel good afterwards.
