The device setting allows you to configure your webcam and display format | |
The mail icon gives you the possibility to configure an email account to send out pictures and videos as soon as movement is detected | |
The Alarm settings window configures what actions need to be taken when movement is detected, play a sound, take a photo and/or video, define an interval and optionally send the data out. | |
Remote connect allows you log in to your “My Guard Live!” program from another computer, if you PC is hooked up the internet you can even connect from outside and take a look at what’s going on at home. | |
A quick way to see if the webcam works is to hit the button, the program will start recording a movie until you press the button again. The video is saved under the location you configured at the “alarm settings” menu. | |
This button called “Start Detect” will set the wheels in motion, when you hit this button the system will activate and start monitoring the areas you defined, if movement is detected it will take the actions you want |
