The first time I used HEC power supply was in the late 90's. I found it was one of the most reliable and well made power supplies when there were so many sub-standard, light weight version filled the retail market. For awhile, the name Herolchi HEC disappeared and I could not find HEC products anywhere. Well, Compuscase decided to put the good name "HEC" back in the market place; this time the PC enthusiast is the target instead of OEM customers. As a manufacturer, Compucase is ISO9001 certified; met Underwriters Lab requirements in both U.S. and Canada and in compliance with FCC in the U.S.
