Shuttle has launched their XPC slim series with support for Intel’s Comet Lake-S processors that have a maximum TDP of 65W; surprisingly, the 10-core i9-10900 does also have a declared TDP of just 65W with a maximum boost of 5.2GHz and you could fit it with success in this 1.3-litre slim chassis! The product does also come with support for up to 64GB of installed RAM, three video outputs for connecting up to three displays, NVMe and 2.5’’ HDD/SSD support, dual LAN, dual COM ports and also has included a VESA mount.
The product is shipped inside a compact cardboard enclosure which sports the usual Shuttle box art:
On one of the box sides, we will get to see a sticker with the technical specifications, the product serial number, but also an internal code name:
The box is also provided with a handle for an easier manipulation:
The inside contents are protected with foam material on the sides, while the barebone is also wrapped inside an extra plastic bag:
We will also receive some documentation and a separate box with the rest of the bundle:
The manual will show the steps to perform the full installation, with explanations and drawings:

In more detail, we will get a driver disk, the power lead, the power adapter, the two components of the VESA mount but also the necessary screws; a small tube with thermal compound is also present here:
