The removable wrist rest is adding an extra layer of flexibility, making the Skeltr usable even on smaller office tables:
On the bottom area of the wrist rest, we can see two long rubber layers, which will keep the assembly stable on the surface it will sit on:
ROCCAT Skeltr does feature an all-plastic chassis with a modern design and is quite light in that regard:
A closer look on the top left side will reveal the dedicated buttons for taking phone calls, but also for switching between mobile device audio and PC:
The first set of function keys do also double up as multimedia controls; F4 though can be used for opening the frequently used Calculator application:
Moving on, we will spot an additional set of multimedia keys:
F9 doubles up as a shortcut to “This PC”, F10 does open the default Internet browser, F11 can be used for adjusting the LED brightness while the F12 key is utilized for recording Macros on-the-fly:
The top right corner does also house the NumLock, Scroll Lock and Caps Lock function LEDs, along with the Bluetooth connection LED:
This is not all! We will also get to see the button for switching between the mobile device and PC (type to device), but also a dedicated button for opening or closing the ROCCAT Swarm configuration utility:
