The latest TEW-812DRU 802.11ac router from TRENDnet supports the latest IEEE 802.11ac standard, is dual band, sports four LAN Gigabit ports and an USB port with dual functionality (print server and storage). A new feature has been introduced to the firmware and that is the ability to host Guest Networks.

Packaging, A Closer Look

The latest AC1750 Dual Band Wireless router from TRENDnet is shipped in a stylish cardboard box, with a photo of the product on the frontal side, along with some specifications:

 

 

 

On one of the sides, we will find the list of Product Features and Package Contents:

 

 

 

On the back side, we will find a small table, which will show us the differences between the available models, some views of the product which explain the main components and also a product description in multiple languages:

 

 

 

After removing the outside layer, we will find the router sitting in a cardboard mold, along with the accessories:

 

 

 

Besides the installation disk, we also get a small guide, the power adapter and a RJ45 LAN cable:

 

 

 

The Quick Start Guide will show us the necessary steps we need to take in order to configure the router:
