On the back, we can find some other product explanations, along with the full technical specifications:
A ROCCAT ID Card is also enclosed in the envelope, that helps us register the product on the website:
With the Kulo, ROCCAT has intended to build a very lightweight headset, that we could use for many hours without removing it; the headset is mainly constructed from plastic (with some rubberized texture sections), and a metal band is inserted from one side to another, to make its body more durable:
On the external part of the right cup, we can find the ROCCAT logo and product name:
The earpieces are padded with artificial leather, with a soft fabric center:
The earpieces can be removed very easy (almost too easy) by rotation, and we can expose the 40mm drivers with Neodymium magnets and Mylar membranes:
Here is a look on the back of the removed earpiece:
The left cup has the microphone attached to it, with an “automatic mic-mute” mechanism; when the microphone is raised, it will be disconnected completely from our audio system:
If the microphone is lowered in the normal talking position, it will automatically connect; this is very helpful, because we do not have to press this way every time we are in a Skype conference the mute button, or lower the microphone volume manually through the Volume Control panels or sound card application:
