at 2915Mhz @ 1.7v vcore the CPU is producing ~151Watt !

The linkie above in calculating C/W is hell a lot more logical.

First it requires the basis data (known data) then it calculates the increase ..... although it may be linear it is far better than others I've seen. This is a good tool to use.

The only question I have is case temp -

Case temp = air intake temp for air cooling ?
Case temp = water inlet temp for W/C ?
Case temp = board temp? Where on the board?
Case temp = Coolant temp for Vapor Chill? or irrelavent for VC

case temp would be from sensor hanging in middle of case in my humble opinion

ready for shipping, sitting beside me; temp sensor placement A64 <> P4 differs a lot; with ~same amount of wattage output I have 20-30°C different CPU temps

P4 2.4@3.725Ghz - 1.76v vcore.
CPU does 3250Mhz on air

A64 2.2@2.915Ghz - 1.7v vcore
CPU does 2.5Ghz on air
