It is hard to find matching setting like in the 1 GB set :(
but I will find the max oc on this set ;)

OK, I finally found some time to test these beauties and here are my results:

1) 200MHz (up to 220MHz) - The tighest possible timings, with 'only' 3.1V, no other motherboard setting changed:




2)250MHz - The best timings at the memory's max rated frequency (PC4000) with 3.3V and active cooling of course (a 120mm fan):




3)260MHz - The best timings at what seems to be the limit for me, with 3.4V:




As you can see only -Trtw- is losened and just by a knot.

All timings were tested on hours of playing Far Cry 1.33 . I was too impatient to run the Memtest of the DFI board.

My rig: no case, AMD 3800+ X2, XFX 7800GT (drivers 82.65 XG + 83.90 XG), DFI nF4 Ulta-D (drivers 6.70), WD 74GB Raptor, WinXP SP2 + latest updates.

And now for the strange facts.

Anything above 260MHz seems to be unstable for me. Unless of course I am being too strict with my timmngs.

Also, -Trfc- simply refuses to go below -14- above 220MHz. At Madshrimps reviews it stays happily at -12- even at 275MHz with 2-2-2-5 timings! (unless that wasn't the case but you didn't give the final A64 Tweaker snapshot of the stable overclock).

If I am (or not) please give me your advise for a stable 260+MHz clock.

I used a extra fan for cooling the mem
And the PhCh for cpu

each memory kit is of course different also, anything above specification, you are on your own;

I am not complaining. Up to 260MHz I am very pleased.

I wasn't expecting o be able to do 2-2-2-5 as that speed!

I guess I'm just being difficult.
