The entry-level K55 RGB PRO XT does come with many features a lot of non-pretentious users will use frequently, while the membrane switches are a bit more silent when actuated versus some more expensive mechanical variants (though, less durable). The per-key programmable RGB backlighting, multimedia keys, dedicated buttons for Elgato Stream Deck, tons of programmability options in terms of key remapping do make the K55 RGB PRO XT a very versatile keyboard when used in combination with iCUE.
