Cooler Master Aquagate Mini Review
 

Cooler Master is introducing the Aquagate Mini in both 120mm and 80mm configurations. While water cooling CPU can be tedious at times with the associations of adding water, testing for leaks, finding the right pump location dealing with reservoir and bleeding. The new Aquagate Mini might well be the "Bic" of computer water cooling.

How would you compare the Aquagate Mini to Thermaltake's
Big Water set?
They are in a similar price bracket, and I wonder which one is a better beginner's watercooling set.
My main criteria is cooling performance.
Which one is the better set overall?

Can't answer you because I did not test the TT Big Water. I would assume the performance to be close. The CM 120R is no fuss setup. If you are looking for high cooling performance this is not what you are looking for. For $99, I believe it is a decent performer provided your motherboard and case fit the radiator and Pump/Block as indicated on the review; which is the critical consideration.

I'm looking to replace some of my air cooling with a bit of water cooling. This looked easy enough to install, but I would like a bit more cooling ability than this seems to show. I don't really want to go whole hog on the plumbing aspect, so something like this, or a pre-done kit would be good... oh yeh... and I'm cheap as hell... so hopefully something not much more than $120USD would be good too... :D
Any ideas?
