probably the people who also visit [www.free-gay-video-clip.com] [www.lesbian-sex-porn-pics-stories.com] [www.teen-sex-porn-models.com]

People who talk **** about IE are just the people who get irritating pop-ups when they visit pr0n or warez sites....

I love IE, I use it all the time. :)

wutske 26th July 2004 22:18

I just don't want all the spy and adware crap. IE is one big hole (guess who caused all the spam in my mailbox ?). Plus, Opera had many more features (tabbed browsing, mouse gestures wich I know and am used to, mail client with spamfilter (one that works :D ), pop-up blocker, and jada jada jad, you know ... ).

jmke 26th July 2004 22:28

Outlook 2003 + Spambayes = 0 spam.

sikocan 7th September 2004 18:04

Mozilla..... aaarrghhh

J/k

Main browser as Mozilla but not default to mozilla, but for e-mail definately mozilla's email as it is quite advanced without the fear or virus attachments etc...

Thunderbird without a spammanager = 0 spam

whatever mailclient you use, just define good filters and you're fine

sikocan 7th September 2004 18:11

Zigzagly

Exactly

wutske 7th September 2004 18:21

someting strange is going on. hardly any spam @ tijd.net (only 1 in 3 days) , no spam @hotmail (1 in a week!), my friend has no spam anymore :wtf: . It's weird, but it's good :super:

IKilledMyAGOIA 8th September 2004 19:54

how about bare oe in non-patched xp = little spam but no big deal since none of my emails are widely known, even madshrimps

guess thats part of being a nobody, you dont even get spam :(

hahahahah

chalk one more up for mozilla, tabbed browsing rocks my socks

also dont care abotu the no glow in mozilla since im too lazy to change the glow from red and my nick looks really fruity with the red glow

Mozilla has gained a marketshare of 15.1% (!) in the browsermarket this summer, mainly because of the FireFox.

biCker 8th September 2004 20:34

I'm using firefox now and then but IE still is my number one. It is much faster dan firefox, it not only feels faster but according to the speed tests on http://www.providertest.be/ IE is mucho faster, espcially for surfing.

Only thing I like alot about firefox is that the little thumbnails in the "my favorites" or linkbar stay don't disappear after two restarts.....

They do with me, and yes, firefox is slow standard but there was a thread on gamesforum.telenet.be about it - firefox traag? I believe it was called and it was posted by krisse - someone advised to copy paste some code lines in a text file, rename it to user.js and place it in the user folder.
It significantly speeds up firefox browsing, althoug perhaps still not up to par with IE.

My mini thumbnails in favorites go away whenever I close all my firefox browser windows :(

Are you guys running the 1.0 Preview Release?

I had this problem too, but it apparantly disappeared after installing 1.0PR.
It seems Firefox doesn't cleare the cache anymore when you close all your windows.

kristos 15th September 2004 22:14

still running 9.3 here :)
