euhm, I didn't overclock my cpu more and I have had alot of those without any problems, so...
I think it's just a sick WU :puke:

hadn't had a single ONE like that on my rigs that are deemed "stable"

just finished another WU, no probs at all
It has been running like this for 2 months with no probs of bad wu's, only this one time, so....
