same here, 2000+ working on one since yesterday noon (though with 13hours of cpu stability testing), and it just got sent back :) P4 completing one frame in 9minutes, 50 are done... but wtf, F@H crashes on both pc's if i want to display it...aargh, crappy program! |
I don't get it. I added 3 pc's and I am not climbing but going down :-) And it seems that I have a lot of weird packages, they each take more then two days to complete........ Grrrrr need reinforcement soon |

not the graphical one works flawless @Bosw8er: beta = gromacs = Intel optimised |
the infamous P*** packages ... my P!!! 550 needs about 3-4days runtime to complete one of 'm ... *sigh* |
Teus Sorry to say, it's more crappy pc then crappy program. Try the console-version, i have it on 6 pc's, no problems at all. Jay Jay Same here (large packets that is), oh well ... they should get you very good points ... OC-ing gets you better times, so start pumpin' up those fsb's ! |
P*** packages are being folded quite nicely on the P4 rigs the XP1800+ is just flying through anything coming it's way finishing 3 WU's @ day :) |
since 21/11 I only finished 18 WU's on PIV running @ 2.55, it sucks, going to shut it down tonight and find out what's up, there is something wrong with it, my K7 @ 600 already did 3 WU's on 3 days :grum: |

I deleted the PIV 1500 folding folder because it was folding sooooo slow. I installed the beta-console with forceasm hoping it would speed things up. The finish times stayed the same however; 28 hours, 34 hours, ... this time i didn't blame the PIV, i thought it were just big packets. I installed the beta-console on the XP's and i when i checked EM my assumption looked correct ... huge finish times created by big packets. But ... i should have waited ... EM doesn't report the results immediatly correct. Folding times are back to normal ... only on the XP's though. The XP's still kick PIV - *** ... |
