Default linux + folding + AMD?

I'm messing around a bit with Knoppix, so I'm going to let it fold offcourse

but when I want to download the Linux folding version, I see "Linux/Intel". does that mean Linux folding will only work on Intel systems?

nope, the current CPU x86 structure was designed by Intel
AMD has approval to use it and distrubite its own products.
